Detailed measurements and the room layouts of each floor of the property are taken and converted into computer designed floorplans. These drawings are transferred to the individual property details. The floorplans are also published to the website.
The aim of the floorplan is to give interested parties a direct representation of the layout of the property. Although the floorplans are fairly accurate representations of the real layout of the property, they should not be relied upon for the measurements for carpets, fitments etc.
